HR managers are faced with the dilemma of selecting the right trainer, with the right material at the right price. So much of the English-based corporate training produces little real improvement in the linguistic skills of their staff.
Working with Thai companies for more than ten years has resulted in a personally designed, tried and tested method called The Racquets Learning Technique© or RLT . This learning process enables Thai people to develop, in unison, the five basic linguistic skills which are needed to effectively increase their ability to communicate in English.
Unfortunately, most Thai people are subjected to learning these five basic linguistic skills in isolation, with the result being over-developed strengths in some areas like grammar and reading while other areas like listening and especially speaking are seriously under-developed. |
